  • Update to the owner: None of my pictures are legible? They're taken up close from 1-3 feet in distance, and 12MP from an iPhone 6S. They're very clear, and you can see the micro scratches, swirl marks etc. that the fast swirling wash brushes caused very easily. Yes, it was your car wash, Rinse n Ride Car Wash. I even got the lava car wash, your best wash. As to "proving" to you that I came in, asking for the date, time, make and model, that won't be happening. Why? Think about it from my point of view. I literally have NOTHING to gain from giving you that information. What would you do? Offer me 10 free washes-- that I wouldn't want? I wouldn't want to / won't be coming back ever. And even if I did provide the information, to protect your brand you may just lie anyway and say, 'Nope, you never came to our wash.' If more people cared or knew enough to know what swirl marks, marring etc. were maybe it would cause a shift in the marketplace and business owners would have to change to meet the demands of the market with a solution that didn't scratch our cars with ultra high speed spinning brushes. Anyone that has gone through this wash, I can nearly guarantee will have the issues I had. If your car is blue, red, black etc it will be more easily visible just like mine (and that was after ONE single time through). Being Arizona, many may have white or silver cars where it's harder to notice, but they're still there. If you (the reader) don't know what swirl marks etc. are, google them and then go look at your car in the sun. I am an enthusiast who likes to take care of their cars. I am meticulous with our cars and normally will do a two bucket wash method with grit guard, microfiber mitt, the whole shebang. With your wash having the reviews it did I figured it would be a nice place to get a quick wash every once in a while when I didn't want to go through the process myself, or do it in 110 degree heat. That didn't turn out to be the case. In response to: Owner: "None of your pictures are legible. I think you may have reviewed the wrong wash. If in fact you came to our wash, please reply with the date, time, make and model of your vehicle. We will then pull the HD camera video we have on site."
