  • My husband and I spent 7000$ on a huge sectional set. We bought a warranty too. The color is fading off of where you get in and out of the seat. Three different spots. We paid extra because the sales man says this was a durable leather set. Well they lied. They refuse to fix the issue. They are telling us it is scratch marks. WRONG!!!!! That is totally wrong. It is over the end of the seats.NO SUN GETS ON ANY OF OUR FURNITURE. Over the last 15 years we have spent over 30K$ at Ashley and recommend them to a lot of friends. THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN ANY MORE. Thanks for nothing.
