  • I did not care for the scheduling process, but my technician made the good review (Drew). He called when they said he would. He showed up at the earlier part of when he said he would. He was gone within an hour, was more professional than most tradesmen I know, and he was conscientious of my tenant. The service fee for an AC check was a little more than the competition, but if they are always this much like clockwork, I would choose again for convenience.
