  • I have nothing but good words to say about Chris. Each and every time the husband would text him, he responds right away and gets us on the books. If you want an experience and knowledgeable pest guy, he is your guy. But I must say, he totally impressed me yesterday after the crazy episode I had yesterday with a huge ass bug in my house. So pretty much I saw this thing crawling across the floor and I freaked out like crazy. I screamed, ran across the room as if I was doing hurdles in a track event. All I can think of is that one time in Guam when we saw a HUGE ASS SPIDER (like as big as my fist...okay I might be over exaggerating but pretty much) crawling on the wall above us while we were sleeping and how much I wish my mil was here to get it. But of course she wasn't so I called the closest person to me which was my 15 year old son LOL Well once he saw it he was like "no way!" Even he got freaked out and this is coming from a boy scout who is used to all sorts of bugs in the woods (well maybe the bugs in WA weren't as crazy as here but still). I immediately called the husband and he contacted Chris right away. Chris responded and came right away. He looked around and couldn't find it at first. I can tell he didn't want to leave til he knew what it was and caught it just in case it was some scary thing that we didn't know of. But after taking a second look he found it and told us what is was. Apparently in the northwest they have these huge ass roaches (YUCK!), which is why my kid and I didn't recognize it at first. I'm just glad that my 15 year old was here to communicate with him cause I was obviously incapable to do so since I was a complete mess. I cannot say this enough, but I am in love with the customer service that we have received so far from him. Any time we notice that there are bugs in between service, he comes out and sprays, no extra charge. I definitely recommend him for all your pest control and preventative needs. CHRIS ROCKS!
