  • Too bad I can't give this place 0 stars!!! I needed a cab to take me to school once a week. The first week was fine, they showed up right at my reservation time and took me where I needed to go. The second week, they showed up 20 minutes late, causing me to be late for school. AND the driver told me she didn't usually drive this side of town but she was being punished for something she had done wrong, and my ride (which was on the shorter side) was part of her punishment...her driving was also eratic, swerving and almost rear ending cars at stop signs. And then, there was the third week. I made an online reservation for my cab as I had done the previous times, however I noticed that they hadn't called by 8:30 as usuall, and it was now 8:40. When I called I was told that I had no reservation but they could schedule one for me and send someone right over. An HOUR later, I'm already late for school and noone has shown. So I call again and the operater tells me that they're "Really busy" so she "doesn't know when someone will be able to come get me"....Really? why didn't she tell me that and hour and a half ago when I made the reservation...I told her I needed to leave at 9:00, so if she couldn't do that, I should have been warned...not left to sit around and wait. Completely ridiculous.
