  • If I could give this company 0 stars today I would. There's plenty a title companies out there that will call you. There's plenty a title companies out there that will follow up with both buyer and seller and realtors on both sides. This company will not. This company does not own their mistakes they do not apologize for their mistakes, and they make mistakes. They charged the sellers too much for recording, and for notary services. Do not deal with Jillian, she is an Assistant, not an Officer. With all the options in Arizona for title companies, this is one you need to steer clear of. This company did not tell the buyer's agent to let their buyer know to have funds ready to transfer to close escrow. This company did not tell the seller's agent that funds were not available and escrow would not close as provided in the purchase contract. Totally dropped the ball and never owned up to it, never offered anything to the seller. Move onto a title company that earns your business. This one doesn't.
