  • Pro. LOCATION, right next to my school, and down the road from both my jobs. CONS. ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES! And not to mention the ROACHES in the front office! EXTREMEMLY RUDE! This is now the 2nd time the pest control has had to make a special trip to the complex because there was a "human error" - what the new manager said to me this morning. And on top of that, I had called to make sure my unit was to be sprayed today, and she thought the appropriate response to an already frustrated resident was to hang up on me after I began to release my frustration on her. Hahah ya, WRONG! I went down to the front office, and finished what I had to say in person, exactly how I was over the phone. Been here since the end of Sept 2014 and I can't wait for my lease to be up. This place keeps changing managers, and owners but it seems like this place will always be filled with ROACHES,
