  • If I could give her zero stars I would. I had made an appointment with her a few days in advance, and the morning of my appointment, she texted me she needed to cancel. I was fine with that, things happen. The only available time she had to reschedule was the day I was leaving town and I told her to please let me know if she needs to reschedule as it was my last opportunity to get my nails done before going on vacation. Come the day of my appointment, I show up at the salon and she was a no show. She never called or texted me to let me know. Honestly if she had called or texted me beforehand, or even afterwards, I would'nt even have left a review but the fact that she didn't even bother contacting me is ridiculous and unprofessional.
