  • So happy that this location opened so close by. It is located on the upper floor of Square One. In the same area as Love me sweet and Squish Candies. Right beside Simons. The ice cream cone is really what separates Eva's from the rest of competitors. They compete on the cone rather than ice cream. Their cones are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I love when the cones are fresh and hot. The cones with the cinnamon and brown sugar coating are my favorite. I would definitely recommend it. The ice cream is okay, but again my favorite part is the cone. The only problem with the ice cream is that the ice cream melts really fast and the cones leak from the bottom which makes it messy to eat. It's been only open for two days but the staff look like they know what they are doing with all the pressure. Very friendly staff. The lines are extremely long but it's worth the try.
