  • I had made a online reservation for a car rental that I paid for, when I arrived to pick the vehicle up they told me there were no vehicles available and gave me a number to call for a refund. I called customer service and made a complaint and called another number to get a refund that took 30 minutes on hold. They never attempted to call to say hey we don't have a car available they just left me hanging. By the time I got done with all of this the other rental car places were closed in my area. The associate at the counter was rude and unprofessional. I will never use budget car rentals again.
