  • I had been shopping for a washing machine a little over a month and decided to buy it through Pacific Sales in Best Buy. They were willing to match and beat any price out there. My washing machine was delivered while I was at work a few days later while my husband was home. Upon returning that evening from work, I was excited to use the machine and had a lot of laundry to do! It was the same brand that I had before, so I was well familiarized with it's operation. Every time I went to use it I was getting an error that there was something wrong with the door. I was able to do a load but had to hold the door closed and reset it over 20 times! Frustrated, I called into Best Buy at 8 pm on a Saturday night and spoke with the manager, Martin. He worked a miracle and was able to deliver a new model the next day and switch out the old one. I really thought that was exceptional customer service. Fortunately, the next model has so far been working well.
