  • This practice has great doctors, but is absolutely horrid to try and book appointments with / coordinate for. Often times, the phone won't be answered, and if it is, you can be assured that the person will be rude, and insulting if you don't want to spit out sensitive personal information over the phone. That's after you sit through several minutes of holding, or a handset which has been set down. Their online booking system is completely useless, as it is only available during their business hours. And, much like their phones, closes early. Perhaps the best part of this all was how the receptionist Donna managed to send numerous medical documents to the wrong e-mail address. It's not like she had three different forms to read it from, or anything. That said, I've seen one doctor at this practice a handful of times. He's fantastic. I just wish they had spent as much money on competent staff as they had Apple products.
