  • First, I must say, that I am too extremely embarrassed that I paid what I did for what I got and made my boyfriend do so. I have done club crawls before and they were so fun. I talked them up to my boyfriend, assuming (my problem) that they would all basically be the same because how do you mess up a club crawl? What made this club crawl a waste of money was the crew! So unenthusiastic, unhelpful and arrogant. I'm usually an extremely patient person and I know how it is to hate my job but holy freaking cow, these people are bad. If you don't like your job, get a new one. It's Vegas for goodness sake. With that being said, I went for Halloween, which I knew would be a sh*t show because it's a busy holiday in Vegas BUT I am not complaining about the lines or the 2 hour wait because I somewhat expected that, at least for Halloween night. Mind you, Halloween landed on a Monday and we bought a two night crawl so we would go out Tuesday night also. While Halloween night was fun, I did not have the fun I expected for $170. Halloween is not my problem with this company, though. Tuesday night is my issue. My boyfriend and I got ready early so that we made it to "open bar" at the first bar. We hurry there so we can beat the crowd thinking there would be quite a few people because we assumed (again, our issue) that a lot of "crawlers" would have stayed in Vegas for a night or two after Halloween. First we walk past, thinking it was the wrong place because it was empty but nope! That was the place. We walk in. I ask about the Crawl and we are told that the venue was changed. We are livid, not only because the venue changed but because "open bar" was also changed. Soooo, we rush to the "new" first bar, get there and can't see anyone that stands out as a crawler or people that work for the company so we ask a host and she points to a table of 3 individuals. My boyfriend walks over and in the most enthusiastic voice says, "Is this the party?!?!" What does he get? "Oh.. yeah.. Check in over there." I'm already pissed off and then to have them just brush us off like we weren't paying their salary made it worse. That isn't the best part. I ask one of the employees where to meet and at what time to go to the next venue. He tells us that he will come find everyone and give us a 10 minute warning. Ok. We get our "free bottom shelf well drink token" and go to the bar. My boyfriend and I aren't treated the best at the bar so we get our drinks and walk outside of the bar, in clear view of the 3 employees sitting together like, again, the people who are paying their salaries were non existent. About 15-20 minutes pass by and we see a few more crawlers walk up and check in. After 25 minutes, we see the employees get up and walk directly out of the bar and make a circle. No 10 minute warning, no enthusiasm or "Time to party!" No nothing. Whatever. We follow because luckily, we were paying attention. As we are walking, it clicks that my boyfriend and I are wearing shorts. We are walking next to employees almost the entire time, not to mention we checked in, in front of 3 employees. My boyfriend asks, "Oh, am I going to get in wearing what I'm wearing?" The employee goes, "Oh no! No, you're not getting in wearing that. She is fine. Ladies can wear what they want but you have to be wearing pants." WHAT?!?! Are you serious? We stop and talk to the employee for about 60 seconds, before his phone rings. He answers and says, "Wassup? Ah nah. I just stopped to talk to some crawlers or whatever.." We had to walk away to avoid getting kicked off of the Crawl because it just kept getting better. My boyfriend and I stayed off the strip to save money so we had to walk all the way to our car, drive all the way back to our hotel, change in 2 minutes and drive back to our parking spot. We then ran to the second bar hoping we'd catch everyone. Luckily, we did. We got our "free bottom shelf well drink token" and exited the bar again. Minutes later, we were directed towards the first club, Omnia @ Caesar's Palace. We didn't even make it to club two because we were never told when to meet or where to meet. The only reason I'm not mad about that is because the Chainsmokers were playing so we didn't want to leave anyway. Either way, do not give them your money. They don't deserve it. They're disrespectful, negative, unappreciative people. They act like a free bottom shelf drink token accommodates for open bar and their crappy attitudes make up for the poor attention to detail. I have been to Vegas more times than I can count and I've never wasted that much money on anything I was not happy walking away from. I never will go through this company again. I will stick with my original company and pay for quality. Unfortunately, I thought I was paying quality. Beware!
