  • I am forever grateful to Apex Home Inspections. From the beginning of the home inspection process to end I knew I was in good hands; which is a priceless feeling during the unsure and stress filled time of buying a home. I first heard of Apex Home Inspections through my mother, a fellow teacher. She spoke highly of her experience adding the cherry on top was receiving a sizable discount (which all teachers and other public service professionals receive). I was sold. When I called Apex Home Inspections I spoke with Tom who was extremely helpful; going over details of the home inspection process and patiently answered all my questions. During that same phone call Tom was able to schedule a home inspection for later that week. This is where the "I am forever grateful" statement comes in. During Tom's inspection he found several issues with the property that I would have NEVER thought to inspect. Simple things from the fan not working (due to a missing remote) to electrical wiring issues. After the inspection Tom explained what he found, including the electrical issues, and I was shocked (pun intended). He then took the time to break down in layman's terms what he had found, what that means, and then answered all my question regarding his findings. Apex Home Inspections included every aspect of the inspection, from the mundane to the extreme, clearly and explicitly in the Home Inspection Report which I received the next day. Armored with this new knowledge I was able to advocate for myself and negotiate a better deal. I now realize the scope and importance of a home inspector and with this being the biggest investment I will ever make I am so happy and thankful I chose Apex Home Inspections.
