  • The nasty snippy staff have no respect for patients. Hands are always out for cash, office visit co pays. Both my insurance company and I have been double charged for a procedure that was not performed or approved. Dr. Benson is a total disappointment. She left exam room 4 times to attend other patients. Overload of line staff, none know what they are doing, except to take money. Wait time awful, never saw Dr. Singh do anything but sit in his office, he never came out the 4 times I have been there. Tests scheduled at Steinberg Diag. were never sent to Steinberg, I sat in waiting room there at Maryland Pkwy location for 2 hours before being told they had no instructions from Benson. 3 weeks ago I received a call from Dr.office with results of a test I supposedly taken that showed a blood clot but caller never said where it was located. Think twice before visiting that office.
