The Butcher Block is my go-to when I'm trying to treat myself to a nice steak or some really exotic meats. I also really enjoy the citrus marinated chicken, however the last batch I had wasn't as fresh.
This location is very knowledgeable with the different cuts and the best ways to cook such meats. I really appreciate little pointers and tips like that, because it enhances the overall experience in the kitchen, and it gives me a moment feeling like a Top Chef!
