Oh Hap's....you bait us in with the wonderful smells of barbecue and promise of a plate full of dead roasted animal and as soon as I open the door all I get I dissapointment. Now don't get me wrong the food is pretty good but it just felt like I walked into a McDonald's. It doesn't feel like a BBQ place. That aside I still had hope because all I could smell is cooking meat and I saw the plates coming out of the kitchen. Then I looked up at the menu and ordered the sampler plate. Again the food was OK but the prices for what you actually get is less than great and for the first time ever I left a BBQ restaurant hungry. The staff was very friendly and the whole place was very clean, sterile almost. But when you sit down for this type of meal you want a little more rustic feel to the place and to the food.
