  • Staff is rude and inattentive. The first sign should have been when I sat down and the guy started talking smack about the last salon that did my nails. They didn't do better,that's for sure. My friend was very unhappy with her nails and they didn't seem to care to fix it. No matter how great you think you are at doing nails, customer service is a huge part of customer retention.
