  • First time there - my daughter saw the special and wanted to get a full set so I tagged along for a manicure. First - I was seated at a table with one Nail Tech and she started the manicure, placing my hands/fingertips in cold water to soak between filing. She trimmed and began filing my left hand, then a few more customers came in. She got up and walked away. A few minutes later another Tech came from the back and sat down, starting to file on my right hand. She asked what I wanted (the color sitting right there next to me, one hand already to the length I wanted, I explained shape I wanted) and she continued. Entire process from then on was silent, super fast, and worthless. My left hand nails were trimmed as I asked and rounded, the other hand was left long and square. Polish was not to the sides leaving natural nails showing on several nails. No top coat, no massage, not even lotion or cuticle oil. There were no other customers waiting and this was the middle of a weekday so I am certain it was not to keep the clients happy. When I was finished - and my daughter was not obviously since she was having a full set - I waited in a chair by the door. I was asked 4 times in 10 minutes if I wanted to pay - by the same person!!! She then told me if my daughter was paying I could go ahead and leave. Wow. Sure, I guess I will get out of here and leave her behind since we rode together and all. Her full set was also uneven and two fell off in the first 4 days. We will not be going back to this place ever.
