This hotel somehow managed to screw up our entire parties booking. I didn't know that was possible, but when you have 30 people booking months in advance for a wedding, how do you tell someone they're late so you gave their room away? Check in is at a certain time, correct? If you book through Expedia, the room should be honored, yes? Nope. Not these people. I was so upset to find out 6 of the rooms were changed from a king to two queens. Claiming that two queens were more expensive so they were getting a better deal.
Stop booking rooms if you aren't going to honor other booking sites. I wanted a stress free wedding, and couldn't have that thanks to this hotel.
The rooms at the rush hour are beautiful, the rooms in the regular portion look like shit.
We booked under the impression that the pool would be open, very upsetting to find out otherwise.
Will pick a different place next time. They have hidden fees everywhere so watch out for those. Oh, and they try getting you to upgrade your room for an additional $300. Um, no.
