  • Would have been 4 stars if not for slow service. Restaurant had us wait 10-15 minutes despite not being overly busy. Ratio of diners to staff seemed off and staff was scrambling to keep up. Wife loved her soup, and food was good. Not over the top and you are certainly paying for the environment and aura but it just did not do it for me. It was a race to wait, wait for a table, wait for a server, wait for food, wait for a beverage refill (which we were never offered or had a chance to ask for). Check took 15 minutes to arrive, another 10 to get picked up by a manager who acted like they were doing us a favor. With lots of other choices here in Downtown Summerlin Crave might be a middle of the pack choice in the future.
