| - After reading all of the horrible reviews and horror stories about this place and how rude they are, how long the lines are, and how much up selling they do, I have to admit I was super scared to even book my reservation, let alone show up for the rental car. At the last minute, I decided to pull the trigger and go for it. I'd gotten a stellar deal on the Internet a day before my arrival at less than $10 bucks a day- couldn't beat the price... It was surely gonna be cheaper than cab fare. During the plane ride, I began fretting over the check in for the rental car and once I arrived, I knew I had to get it. In Vegas, you have to take a shuttle bus to the rental cars area... Ok, no problem. When I arrived ( on mothers day), I noticed there were no lines at the desk for ez rentals. Sweet! No lines! So, I walked right up, gave them my last name and boom- was kindky greeted and helped by Edgar. I was in shock- totally expecting the upsell and swindling to take place. None of that happened and Edgar was totally cool and didn't pressure me at all. He explained the contract/ terms and after reviewing it, I signed it. Then he gave me the keys- much to my surprise, I had a new ford focus...Sweet!! The whole process from start to finish took like 5 minutes and off I went to the hotel. Checking in the vehicle was a breeze too- No issues at all. All of the staff members were nice and I had a wonderful experience. I will definitely use them again!
