  • [Addition] After I post my review, I called them and complained about they dont even check vaccinated record when they check pets in. They answered they do check. So I asked so where is my vet????? She answered she doesnt have access to computer at the moment so she will check when manager comes in and will call me back. Right after I hung up I called my vet to ask do not verify anything if they call in. 1 minute later my vet called me back and told me they called to verify my pet's vaccine record. That p*ssed me off. I called them back and yelled at her, you said you do have my vaccinated record but now you are looking around. She answered she needs to double check it and she was doing her job. Double check what?????? You supposed to be done it before!!!!!!!!!!! Not doing your job after everything happened...........I will report this place to EVERYWHERE..!!!!!! OMG......I just read couple of reviews regarding ringworms their babies got. Mine got too...!!!!! I didnt realized that mine infected from here until i saw the review. She is still having some trouble with scars on her butt and feet. I attached pics of it.
