  • If I could give less then one star I would.... A few of my friends and I stayed at the Luxor about a month ago , we paid for the room, security deposit and everything and was told we can get that back in 5-10 business days (the security deposit) ... being just about a month now we haven't received anything back. We called and was told that "it'll be just a few more days.." about a week goes by and nothing... we called back and they said the same thing, the customer service person I spoke to was very rude, basically talked to me like I was stupid.... but even then we gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited it out a little longer .. it's been a month now and still nothing has been done . I'm very disappointed in the Luxor, I've stayed here once before and never had this problem. Unfortunately after this I will NOT be returning .
