  • Waited from 3:00 to 5:00 for my consultation appointment. No one showed up. I phoned and was told I'd be called right back. No call. Won't be contacting them again! Well I decided to give them a second chance, this time a guy showed up. His English wasn't great, so I asked him to send me an estimate through email. Never got the email, he didn't even bother to write my email address down. He acted like he'd just remember it. I don't think this company wants any business!
