  • I have been a rental tenant through Carolinas Metro Realty (CMR) for the past six years. A number of years ago it was difficult, at times, to get hold of our property specialist or get help when needed. But CMR has definitely improved over the years. They have hired new staff and they are currently doing a great job. As a tenant, our recent maintenance requests have been handled in a timely and professional manner. Our CMR contact, Josh Morton, provides outstanding customer service. He is very responsive and really seems to care about his job and his clients.
