  • I am incredibly dissatisfied with this dentist. I will not be returning. I booked today's appointment through ZocDoc because it is convenient, easy, and my paperwork is pre-completed. I went in today, and appparently they don't have their act together yet with ZocDoc, so I had to spend 30 minutes filling out paperwork that was already completed and available online. Then I get in the appointment and the hygenist jabs "a recess" and my whole mouth becomes in intense pain and she continues to poke my gums. After 2 hours being in this dentist office THEY CANT DO THE CLEANING THE SAME DAY AS THE EXAM?!?! I have been to 4 dentist in my life and not one single dentist has been unable to do the exam AND THE CLEANING. I can understand if there is like cavities and crowns or braces BUT THE CLEANING?!?! That is ridiculous. I walked out without getting a dental plan. Waste of my time.
