  • Room was clean but coffee maker didn't work. Coffee in lobby was empty. My female assistant opened the door to her room and there was a naked man getting out of the shower! Both were quite shocked. She got a new room with SAME keys! Do they fit all the rooms?! She couldn't sleep. Put a chair in front of the door. This place is not safe. The woman at the desk said "sorry nothing I can do about it. Here's a number to call." Nobody would talk to us about it. No refund so far. What if he had shot her?! What if the roles had been reversed? This is something that should never happen in todays computer era. Always lock your deadbolt etc. and don't stay at this hotel.(Update): They refunded our rooms.
