  • So many people love this place... I did not feel the same way. All of the pictures of their food just screams 'Come try me'. I was excited to come out to Summerlin to feast on some scrumptious food. I was disappointed. I ordered the Blue Bird with fries and hush puppies. The Blue Bird Crispy Chicken Sandwich was topped with red onion, smoked bacon and blue cheese. I am totally a blue cheese lover but this had way too much. I honestly couldn't taste the onion or bacon. My hush puppies came out overdone. They were dry on the inside without a wow factor flavor. Bummer. Yes the fries were good but that was about the only thing I enjoyed. I also wish their sauces were better. They have a 'Sauce Bar' close to where you order your food. There are also the same sauces on each of the tables. I tried all of them to see what would send my tastebuds soaring. Well, I didn't find one. Another bummer. I guess we all have different opinions. Their chicken would not get the Blue Ribbon from me.
