  • When I purchased my most recent car I needed to have the windows tinted and although I have had 5 previous cars tinted at a dealership the person who was the Manager moved away and so I decided to find another place which led me to Yelp to read reviews and that is how I came to call this company. When they answered I said "I would like to get a quote to tint the windows on my car". He proceeded to ask the make and I told him and he quoted me a price of $159. I felt that was reasonable and their shop was close to my house so made an appointment for Friday at 10 AM. Arrived Friday and some man came out from the back to wait on me. I still don't know what his name is because he never introduced himself and I find it strange that almost every other review here goes on and on about how nice each person there was and each of their names. I started telling him what tint I wanted where and when I came to the windshield he said that's not included in the price. So a bit startled I asked what he meant and that I had asked for a quote to do my windows not half of them. So he started going on and on so I asked how much extra the windshield was and he said $139. REALLY ?????? So when you buy a house you don't ask if the roof is included or is it extra and if you buy a car you don't ask if the tires are included or do you have to pay extra so why in the world when I asked how much it was to tint my windows I was given a quote for only part of the car. Amazing selling tactic !! Had I not asked a friend to drive my other car so that I could go to work I would have left and gone somewhere else and wish now I had done that now !! Also the friend was going to wait there for the car however be advised that they have no place for a customer to wait or sit down. It is definitely not a customer friendly place. It was an issue paying for the work with my credit card because the nameless man could not get my card to work and someone from the back had to come out and help him. Don't know who he was either because he didn't bother to acknowledge me. So much for all of the friendly people there. I didn't see my car again until my friend drove it to my house and when I went to look at the job they had done I was not happy !!! On the way to their shop I had the car professionally washed so it would be clean for them to work on. When I got it back there was window film residue all over the areas they applied the film !!! How unprofessional !!! Will I ever recommend this company ?? Absolutely not !!!! Would I ever go back ?? Absolutely not !!! Bottom line I did not let them do the windshield on principal alone. Had they told me about their pricing options on the phone I could have made an informed decision.
