  • I've gone to this location for years when it was under previous management. I won't be going to it again under the new "management." I took my car there on a slow afternoon. Mine was one of three in line for service. I paid and went out to wait for my car. I waited and waited and no car for 25 minutes. I suddenly realized I had forgotten and not left the key in my car and walked around to give it to them. I asked, "why didn't you let me know you didn't have the key?" The response was, "we paged you." I hadn't heard any page. To make things even worse, it was another 25 minutes before my car was finished. Absolutely no sense of urgency, and clearly no one demonstrating any responsibility for serving customers. They've spent a good deal fixing up the facility, but appears they've cut back on supervision and customer service to pay for the renovation. And did I mention.....they increased the prices!
