  • I remember when Vegas used to be the land of UO! The one in the Mandalay Place was the best (even out of all my local SoCal stores)-- I always experienced great service and for some reason, the best markdowns in the sale section. I used to find all sorts of amazing outfits and fun deals on housewares. I mean, who doesn't want a cute ceramic llama for your coffee table or some socks with cats? Woo! The Mandalay store closed down years ago, and then this location popped up (along with the Fashion Show store). This was before I moved to Vegas, so it didn't really mean much to me. It just meant that I couldn't get my shop on if I happened to leave certain shoes or accessories at home. Flash forward to today and now being a Vegas local, this is one of the ONLY UO's in the area. Wah! This UO is located in Planet Hollywood and it is right off the strip. You can catch a glimpse of the Bellagio fountains on the second floor. That's right there are 2 floors! The first floor is really small and it just has books, small knick knacks and cosmetics. The second floor has men and women clothes, sale section and registers (that never seem to be open). If you happen to find yourself near PH, it is worth a look if UO is your kind of thing. As a local, I rather just save my time and frustration with the traffic on the strip and shop online instead. This location doesn't ever seem to impress me.
