  • This is my first time in Vegas and my experience at this hotel was far from stellar. The surrounding neighborhood is downright scary. Run down buildings and aggressive pan handlers surround the hotel. We were asked to participate in a timeshare presentation everytime we walked in the front of the hotel. We felt as though we were being pan handled inside the hotel. We lost count of how many times the same salesperson approached my husband and I. The decor is ancient, housekeeping is sketchy, towels were like sandpaper, and the shower was a deathtrap. The food in the diner was good, bartenders were always friendly and helpful, and the waitresses on the floor were always great. We had booked a room at planet hollywood for the last 3 nights and we were happy to move on.
