| - What can I say? Not even remotely up to standards.
Dear Gordon Ramsey, if you are going to put your name on something. Make sure you can deliver
Expensive, Expensive, Expensive
Not worth it, Not worth it, Not worth it
We saw customers after customers come in sit down (bar) look at the price of the items and walk out. We decided to see if it was worth it.
I ordered Beef Sliders $20.00 (two sliders) and my spouse ordered Porterhouse Steak Rare $105.00. We ordered a bottle of wine. For appetizer we had steak tartare and foie gras. Tartare well hmm... that was the worst tartare that I have ever tasted. For God Sakes, Gordon Ramsey it is really hard to mess tartare up but you guys managed to do so. The foie gras was duck not goose but it was good, that was approximately $20.00
Now let's come to the steak. At $105.00 that steak had better be perfection. It was not. We waited and waited and I told my spouse, there is something wrong. Cooking steak does not take this long.
The steak finally came out and it was well done not rare. Are you kidding me? What school Gordon Ramsey did you teach your chefs in, the Gordon Ramsey school? Ok...that probably explains it.
As for the sliders, they were so tiny, I had to put a microscope on them to see if it was actually a slider. But wait for $9.00 more I could have purchased a 3rd slider.
All he has done is slapped his name on this restaurant in the Paris hotel. Save your money and go somewhere else. Mortons, Prime (Bellagio) would have been far better.
The bill came to about $460.00, what a joke.
As we were sitting in the bar, the waiter came up to the table beside us, pushed the dish towards the woman which in turn pushed her drink into her lap..........
Run Forest Run
Gee Gordon, maybe we should do a TV show on the restaurants that have your name slapped on.
