rev:text	I was just in your store about an hour and a half ago. My family came in prepared to drop $400+ on a brand new switch and some other games from the pre owned section of PS4 games. This was going to be my daughter's birthday present in addition to the other games we already bought for her. We had just walked in from Culver's down the street so we had some drinks that were almost empty. All that was left in my daughter's drink was ice. She asked your associates if she could put her empty cup in their garbage and they did but a moment later asked it it was empty. She said just a sip remained (ice). The associate then proceeds to take the cup out of the sack she was proceeding to take to the garbage outside anyway and very snotty, says, "We don't want bugs in our store. You know sugar ants?!" THEN GIVES HER BACK THE CUP THAT WAS JUST IN THE GARBAGE BAG AND TELLS HER TO TAKE HER TRASH OUTSIDE! My daughter and I have never been so insulted and treated so rudely at your stores ever. I've bought thousands of dollars worth of product from your stores and have been in enough GameStop's to understand why customers treat it like a garbage bin as the associates refuse to put a simple cup in a trash bag they are taking out already because of "sugar ants"?! I've seen cups of soda placed around randomly in your stores and have sat there for hours because no one bothers to put it in the trash. So if your store has a bug problem I would blame your associates for not keeping the place of business tidy in the first place. Not someone trying to prevent littering by asking to place trash in the full sack she was transporting to the back. Not to mention as we left they were smirking as if they accomplished something! How arrogant and stupid! I. Will. Never. Shop. Here. Again! By the way, we ended up going to FYE and spending TWICE AS MUCH AS WE ANTICIPATED! So FYE thanks your shitty employees for the gained profits. They didn't have a problem taking my, then, empty cup. I hate littering.
