  • Only reason I'm giving 1 star, and not a big fat goose egg, is because they at least managed to get the cake flavor correct. I asked for a round birthday cake with a simple initial on top in the center, and specialty chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter icing, maple caramel DRIZZLE and crispy bacon. I told TFB not to worry about the crispy bacon (since I showed a picture of what I wanted), but that I would be making the bacon myself and topping it. The lady on the phone told me NOT TO WORRY, they could do the bacon!! Bull crap. I ended up with a cake that looked like my 3rd grade daughter wrote the initials because they were OFF CENTERED and THIN AND FEEBLE as well. The cupcakes were disgusting. Everyone hated them. I basically paid for a table ornament. They had the audacity to place nearly RAW bacon on top of soaking wet cupcake and call it complete. When I asked about the off-center initials, the lady in charge asked, "what's wrong with it?" As if she didn't have eyes in her head, or a business to defend. The "maple drizzle" ended up looking like they drained the bacon grease out of the pan and dumped it on the cupcakes. When I commented about the complete and total raw appearance of the bacon on top, the lady ACTUALLY TOLD ME THEY AREN'T SUPPOSED TO COOK BACON there!!!! Complete turn around from when I ordered it. I just took the bacon off. This was a total disaster and the SECOND TIME they've ruined something I've ordered from them. Jokes on me. There won't be a third time. Save your money!
