  • 1. This place does not participate in the free Election doughnut giveaways. I drove all the way from Aliante-- opting to forego the Craig Rd. location and go somewhere closer to work-- to come here for the free doughnut, half a dozen donuts, and a cup of coffee. Fine. No free doughnut. Okay. BUT... 2. Their freaking coffee/espresso machine is broken. 3. Their doughnut selection was sparse and their products tasted old. I frustratedly scolded the cashier.. even though I know it's not his fault.. because who the HELL doesn't treat their store right at 9am on a Tuesday. You had a steady stream of customers and I'm sure you would have more if you honored the freaking free doughnut and got your damn coffee machine fixed. To the Franchisor/Owner-- get your crap straight. Stop investing in Krispy Kremes and Auntie Annes if you can't own up to the management, investment in your businesses, and do what you can to please your customers. I promise you-- while 100% will come in for a free doughnut, at least 75% will leave having purchased more. Never coming here again (I've been patronizing you for years). Also going to fill out your survey. I better get my free doughnuts from that.
