  • What initially drew me towards Lola was the fact that all the products they use are Cruelty Free. I've left salons leaving very unsatisfied with the service and my cut, but Lola was definitely a game-changer. I brought in a photo of the style I wanted, and Jay went above and beyond to help me achieve my desired look. I have very fine, straight, and flat hair that won't hold a curl but somehow I left the salon with a head of voluminous hair with beautiful shape. He explained what he was doing, and even showed me how to style it on my own. I can now understand why everyone feels they are truly taken care of at Lola. I'm very impressed with the service I received and will definitely be back again.
