We called Thursday & a tech was sent out Friday morning (awesome, right?). Well, he came 3 times that day and the issue still wasn't fixed. When I called Monday I was told the order was already closed & I had to go back through the Home Warranty to get another tech. After several more calls, a different tech came & reported that the coil was blown and nothing could be done until Thursday afternoon Bc parts had to be ordered. Also, the cost would be $850 plus the $65 service call (that's only service and freon Bc the parts are under warranty). They would not expedite or overnight even though I'm pregnant with twins in the AZ summer heat. Needless to say we cancelled this company & found a new company that had the part in stock, had a 2 hour ETA, and charged only $375.
