  • I've been to the one downtown and so excited they opened one in Henderson. The Muchas Gracias Quesadilla has me saying thank you very much all day long! The tamale is to die for. This is truly vegan comfort food. I like it that I can order water sautéed veggies and they do it without oil. I add a little drizzle of tahini and siracha on my veggies and I'm in heaven. Truly an enjoyable experience for the tastebuds. Muchas Gracias VegeNation! Will you please produce a cookbook for us out of towners to try your favorite dishes back home? I'll keep it right next to my other treasured Vegan cookbooks.
