  • Really disappointed with the gel manicure I received. They peeled off after only a couple of hours. What's the point of even getting gel if that's going to happen? The UV light they used was covered with polish on the inside, and clearly had not been cleaned. When I pulled my hand out after the first round of gel, there was some cotton inside the lamp that got stuck on my thumb during the curing process, and the guy doing my nails acted like it was my fault! When it happened a second time, he literally said, "oh, did you mess it up again", and he definitely didn't mean it as a joke. The atmosphere is awful, too. It seemed like 7 TVs on one wall, three playing CNN, three playing a YouTube playlist, and one playing Finding Nemo. I hesitated to write this review, because I came with friends, and they had a nice experience with other nail techs, so the place can't be all bad. But after the bad experience and no gel manicure to even show for it after only a couple of hours of light wear at home, I couldn't help myself.
