  • Returned home from a weekend trip and found that my hot water tank had died. I was referred to Fagnelli Plumbing. Called the office and received same day service. The service tech reviewed my equipment and confirmed that the tank, had in fact failed and needed replaced. He did some research and presented me with 3 options, I felt that the service tech was forthright and extremely knowledge .I had hot water that same day. Great experience . Nice to have a plumber that you can brag about ! I did check with both Lowes and Home depot and was told that it would be 11 days before the replacement tank would arrive if I ordered from them. 11 days without hot water... not acceptable. The box stores offered 1 choice and a 6 year warranty. Fennell Plumping offered me 3 choices , a 10 year warranty and same day installation, I even received a follow up phone call from the owner the next day . 100% satisfaction from this Cranberry,PA homeowner .
