This apartment complex has a problem with roaches. We pay $10/month for pest control and for the price of rent, it's embarrassing that I'm having to deal with ROACHES. Good luck getting any response from management here as well. I've called numerous times, emailed numerous times and got no response. I had to make time to go into the office for the pest issue. I insisted that treating an apartment for roaches is appreciated but doesn't fix the problem. I suggested having my apartment inspected to figure out where the roaches were coming from, to see if they were coming from another apartment or hidden somewhere in my apartment. I was told by the property manager April Kiker "if the roaches are coming through the walls we can't tear down the walls. I've had a problem with mice in my home 'that I own' and I've just had to deal with it". You can treat an apartment for roaches, but if you don't get to the root of the problem, this will be a persistent issue. The property manager is very rude, so good luck with having to deal with her. I'm hoping the pest problem goes away so I won't have to move when my lease is over.
Also, residents don't pick up after their pets. So there's dog poop everywhere.
