  • Brad Daumke simply doesn't return calls. I was a renter for 1 year, and wanted to discuss the terms of my lease before re signing. Called him every couple days for a month with no response. Couldn't even get someone to address the issue in his office. His dad (he works for his dad) even blew me off and defended his son. Finally left Brad an email & voicemail on the same day stating I'd be moving out if he didn't respond. That finally got him to reply. The call I got was short, rude, and basically oriented to getting me to re sign. A year later I end my lease and move out. Get this: I show up to turn in the keys during the hours they specified by email. Brad was not there when I arrived. His office staff stated that I "needed to turn in keys through him," and they're "not sure if i could just drop off without him there." What a terrible operation, run by a seemly indifferent guy. No wonder the unanimous one star.
