  • Please do yourself a favor, and do not rent from these people. You are better off with almost ANY other rental company. They are unprofessional, unhelpful, and unresponsive. I've been renting from them since February. When we moved in, nothing was ready to go. The house was disgusting, carpets were gross, there were holes in the walls everywhere, and the smoke alarms were chirping from low batteries. They did not even bother leaving mail keys or garage door openers. This is hands down the worst company I've ever dealt with. My stove has been broken since before we moved in. 5 months later, I still have to call them every day begging them to fix the issue. I've just had an ac issue and it's already taken 3 weeks for nothing to get done. This company is literally THE WORST. I assure oh if anything goes wrong in your rental property, it will take months for them to fix it, if they ever actually do. I am only saying this so nobody is forced to go through what my family has been through. Everyone deserves better than this POS company. Rest assured, when this lease is over, we are gone. And I will ensure no one I know or love ever does business with these no good asshats.
