  • I don't recommend. I choose to go here because is closest practice my insurance accepts. But if I had more options I would definitely look elsewhere. The wait times are Horrible. And I have never gone to this office without an appointment (and I always arrive either on time or a few minutes early). The doctors are great, however, the office is run extremely inefficiently, and the support staff are horrible overall. So so so so very disappointed in this practice. The front desk person who makes appointments etc. seems like she DETESTS her job. Gives horrible first impression of this practice. And I agree with the other reviewers that the back of the office where the exam rooms are so dismal, but that would be tolerable, if you didn't have to wait so long once back there. I feel awful putting in a negative review, as this is my first one ever, but I feel these are fixable things! And really, I do DREAD calling and having to go in there (nothing to do with going to the doctor, but everything to do with this office). I have never had an experience like this with any other physician's office. By the way, I haven't been to any location other than the St Rose/Anthem one.
