  • Do you love enchiladas? I do! Just as much as I love tacos, sadly my family does not share the same love of enchiladas, so it's very rare that I get to have them at home. So when I heard about Gadzooks Enchiladas & Soup I knew I would be trying them out soon! It's a pretty simple ordering processes, you pick your main dish (enchiladas, tacos or soup), what to put into your dish (protein choice, from veggie to meat) and how you like it topped (green or red sauce, or both) and what cheeses, then it goes into an opened oven to bake to melt the cheese, then you top it with some salsas and other fun items. I went with 3 enchiladas, part flour part corn tortillas, and tried the stuffed poblano, sweet and spicy cornbread and roasted tomatillo chicken with half green & red sauce and topped it with some pico and habanero lava and had some creama drizzled over the top. These were good enchiladas, very large and filling, the stuffed poblano was my least liked, it was the one lacking the most flavor but I was surprised by the sweet and spicy cornbread it was very tasty. Definitely fulfilled my enchilada craving and look forward to going back!
