  • My original experience at this store was one of the worst I had ever experienced but withing 24 hours of writing a bad review Ashley Furniture's head office contacted me. I talked to a wonderful man named Norman who gave me a completely acceptable resolution to the situation and made me hang up the phone happy. The location needs some serious changes in their customer service but the company itself gets my thumbs up!
