  • This company was assigned by my warranty company, First American Home Warranty to do the repair work. I am very disappointed with their services. I am not sure if it is because of the contracted work and they are not getting paid the regular inflated prices or something, but the quality of work is just not there. The tech basically went out three times because he can't figure out what parts are needed to take care of the AC. It was more of a trial and error repair. I wasted about 8 hours total from waiting all day for the tech to come three separate occasions, on the phone with the warranty people and having to be home for him to do the work. Overall, just very poor services and knowledge.
