  • Based on the Yelp reviews, I booked an appointment for my daughter to get highlight. After 3 1/2 hours, her hair didn't really look like anything had been done. I was clear that I wanted "really blonde highlights." What the stylist did was a process called Balayage(?), which was about 2xs the cost and did not achieve the look either my daughter or I were looking for. To boot, her haircut is UNEVEN! The stylist was nice and courteous through the process and didn't charge for the blow-out (which I didn't request in the fist place). After about $100 and a huge fight with my daughter because it wasn't what she wanted, I will not be back. I should have just paid the higher price and taken her to my stylist in Scottsdale. At least I would have known that her hair would look great. I would recommend Luxe or take the trip to Steven Paul in Scottsdale. I consider this trip a huge waste of money and time.
